As the development of electrification, intelligence, and connectivity accelerates, smart cars have become an important direction for the transformation of the global automotive industry. This progress is thanks to the joint innovation of 3D printing technology, sensor networks, and artificial intelligence algorithms.3D printing technology is beneficial to the rapid manufacturing and customized production of auto parts. Sensor technology can accurately collect data and build an environmental perception system. After intelligently realizing environmental perception, artificial intelligence algorithms can make precise decisions. Studies have shown that the collaborative development of these three key technologies not only helps accelerate the upgrading process of intelligent vehicles but also plays an indispensable role in enhancing driving safety, saving energy, reducing emissions, and meeting personalized needs, thus effectively promoting the sustainable development of the intelligent vehicle industry. This thesis, based on the integration of the three technologies of 3D printing, sensors, and artificial intelligence, elaborates in detail on the current application status of these technologies in the field of intelligent vehicles and analyzes their future development trends.
